Friends of IHES is pleased to announce an evening on Artificial Intelligence & the Shifting Intellectual Landscape, hosted by Florian Cardinaux, Consul General of France in San Francisco, on April 29, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Résidence de France.
Organized at the initiative of Eugénie Rives, Member of the Board of Directors of Friends of IHES, and with the help of IHES supporters Nathalie Bontoux, Yann Fleureau, and Cédric Hutchings, and the team of Emmanuelle Pauliac-Vaujour, Attachée for Science and Technology at the French Consulate, this special evening will feature Jennifer Chayes, Dean of the College of Computing, Data Science, and Society at the University of California, Berkeley, and former visitor of IHES, as the keynote speaker.
